The global TV industry is constantly evolving: the audience is taking center stage, new online platforms and interactive services are emerging, and social media is integrating into the viewer experience, resulting in myriad new business models. These rapid changes leave us – as executives and creators - at times challenged, yet always passionate and determined to stay up to date with the latest innovations.
INTV introduces a unique fast-paced, two-day event, featuring keynote talks, fire-side chats and interviews, all designed to explore the future of television.
Following the success of previous editions, the third INTV Conference will again be held at the YMCA Jerusalem amid a world that integrates both old and new. The conference, hosted by Keshet Media Group, will provide a stage for those who are shaping the present as well as the future of TV. Gathering in Jerusalem from across the globe, industry leaders, innovators and disruptors will discuss modern TV's opportunities and challenges, sharing their visions and insight into the evolving TV landscape, now and into the future. Hosted by Nir Barkat, Mayor of Jerusalem and Keshet’s CEO Avi Nir, the audience will consist of guests from around the world as well as Israel’s growing television and media community.
Keshet Media Group is Israel’s foremost media corporation. Its business centers on Keshet Broadcasting - a franchise of Channel 2, Israel’s leading commercial television broadcaster. Keshet has also become a leading content creator and provider for broadcasters, and online and interactive multiplatform services. Furthermore, Keshet has successfully introduced a host of hit television formats to the international market, including Showtime's renowned drama "Homeland", a winner of multiple Emmy Awards, which is based on Keshet's original "Hatufim” / “Prisoners of War”. and the BBC's critically-acclaimed “The A Word”, recently commissioned for a second season in the UK and on air around the world including the US, which was produced in collaboration with Keshet and is based on original drama “Pilpelim Tzehubim”.
